Shipping Related Questions
Shipping time is dependent on your location and products purchased, however all orders are processed within 24 hours and should be delivered within the time span of 2-3 weeks at the very most.
Shipping costs are based on individual products, but cannot be automated, so I have set up a $5 shipping fee for all products across the store to balance and average out shipping costs for all products.
Most products are added to the online store with the example destination of the US in mind. If you are located outside of the US there is still a good chance we will deliver as we offer shipping to several other countries, however your estimated waiting times and the like may vary further from the average customer’s.
Although tracking isn’t normally available to customers as it is only visible to staff, if you are having issues with your shipping please contact us at basicbargains2475.1@gmail.com.
Orders should be delivered within 2-3 weeks at the very latest, if this condition is not met please contact us at basicbargains2475.1@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Refund/Return Questions
Our exact return policy can be found at the bottom of our home page, but we generally accept product returns for the first 30 days.

Currently our store does not offer personalized items, but even if it were to -unless something is critically wrong or broken on the item upon delivery- customized items would not be accepted for any kind of refund.
Payment Questions
Currently we offer the checkout methods available through Shop, Paypal, Google Pay, and Venmo.
Of course! Payment information doesn’t even get shown to our business owner, all payment information is run through Shop, Paypal, Google Pay, or Venmo, which are all trusted payment platforms.
Nope! Everything is paid up front, taxes and most of the shipping fees are included in the price of the item anyways, and our $5 storewide shipping fee ensures any issues with shipping costs or tax fees is easily settled on our end of things as well.
Product Questions
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the right size/fit for our clothing items as they come from several different suppliers, however most if not all of our clothing items listed in our store come with sizing recommendations that are included in the details of the item. If you have issues with sizing or concerns about refunds/returns please contact us at basicbargains2475.1@gmail.com.
Most of our products are sourced from outside of the country, especially in places where product production is relatively cheap compared to US currency, which is why we can offer such low prices, although a few items are produced here in the US where our store is home to. The material the products are made from vary highly on the item, however most products include the material they are made from in their product details.

If your order has not been processed yet please contact us at basicbargains2475.1@gmail.com, however all product orders are processed within 24 hours, and after processing the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, contact us at the previously given email to discuss refund/return terms.
If you would like to reset your password and cannot find a way to do so, please contact us at basicbargains2475.1@gmail.com, however our logins also have the option to just sign in through email verification so this should not be a problem.
